Cookie Policy

Effective: 25 August 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by Requestor.

1. What Requestor currently uses

Requestor uses an essential session cookie to maintain authenticated sessions, including account and DJ-panel sign-in. This cookie is required for core account and security functionality.

At the date of this policy, the account pages do not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Requestor's event interfaces may use browser functionality needed for their features, but we do not use that as a reason to place optional advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Essential session cookie

The server creates a session identifier so that it can recognise an authenticated browser between requests. The identifier does not contain your password. The session is intended to be protected using secure cookie settings such as HTTPS/Secure and HttpOnly where configured by the server.

Because this cookie is strictly necessary to provide a service you request, Requestor does not ask for consent before setting it. If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies are introduced in future, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before those cookies are used where consent is required.

3. Managing cookies

You can remove or block cookies using your browser controls. Blocking Requestor's essential session cookie may prevent account login, DJ-panel login or other authenticated features from working correctly.

4. Third-party content

If Requestor later embeds content or services from third parties, those providers may have their own storage practices. We will identify material third-party cookie use here and, where legally required, obtain consent before loading non-essential technology.

5. Changes

This policy may be updated when browser-storage practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

6. Contact

Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to contact@requestor.co.uk.
